Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Architect to drive the development and implementation of end-to-end testing strategies for complex software systems using Python, Pytest framework, and Selenium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive testing frameworks to ensure seamless integration and functionality of backend services.
  • Lead API testing initiatives to guarantee alignment with Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct mobile testing using Appium to enhance product performance on diverse platforms.
  • Define and establish test architecture guidelines and best practices for the team to follow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance overall testing capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in software testing with expertise in Python, Pytest framework, Selenium, API testing, and Appium.
  • Strong knowledge of test architecture design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and implementing Agile testing practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in testing tools and methodologies.
