Project Coordinator Job

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented project coordinator to oversee end-to-end activities within our modular furniture manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of client orders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop detailed project plans and resource allocation strategies.
  • Presents proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.
  • Ensure design specifications align with client requirements and budget constraints.
  • Oversee the development of technical drawings and documentation.
  • Establish and monitor project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Approve procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and suppliers.
  • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate delivery schedules and installation processes with contractors and suppliers.
  • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Address and rectify non-conformance issues promptly.
  • Manage and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely completion of milestones and final delivery.
  • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Proactively address unforeseen issues and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct final inspections and obtain approvals from clients and stakeholders.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, management, or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in the modular furniture manufacturing industry.
