Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our GRC team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for GRC initiatives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design GRC solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure and customize GRC platforms to meet specific client needs.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation of GRC solutions ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Provide expertise in risk management, compliance, audit management, and policy management.
  • Conduct due diligence assessments and risk evaluations for vendors, ensuring they meet security and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in GRC consulting or a related role.
  • Functional Skills:
    • Profound understanding of GRC concepts, frameworks, and regulations.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
    • Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in configuring and customizing GRC platforms.
    • Understanding of data integration and reporting tools.

Estimated Salary Range:

Rupee Thirteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand to Rupee Fifteen Lakhs Fifty Thousand per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
