Job Title: Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our engineering team. You will work on designing, developing and maintaining automated test suites for web and mobile applications.

You'll collaborate closely with QA, development and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently.

  • Design, implement and maintain automated tests using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing.
  • Develop and extend test frameworks in C# and TypeScript for API, integration and unit testing.
  • Configure and schedule nightly executions of UI tests using GitHub Actions
  • Analyse test results, identify failures and work with developers to resolve defects.
  • Write clear, maintainable and reusable test code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Improve test coverage, performance and reliability continuously.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers on automation tools and techniques.

Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in test automation for web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
  • Proficiency in C# and/or TypeScript, with solid object-oriented programming fundamentals.
  • Experience building and maintaining test frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit, Jest).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps: pipelines, repos, artifacts and test plans.
  • Working knowledge of AWS: provisioning, IAM and basic troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows (feature branches, pull requests, code reviews).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
