About the Role:

This position requires a Technical Architect with strong expertise in Python (Django, Flask) and React frontend technologies, combined with a deep understanding of the Travel and Hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will design and oversee the development of scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications that address complex business problems in travel. Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and leading the development of full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) backend and React frontend.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Python with Django, Flask, and AIOHTTP.
  • Developing and integrating RESTful APIs and asynchronous services.Lead integration efforts with external travel systems .
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers.
  • Optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Implementing unit and integration tests; supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Strong expertise in software development with 5+ years experience, particularly in Python, with strong knowledge of Django and Flask frameworks.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing architectures for large-scale web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive, high-performance frontends.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs .
  • Strong backend skills: RESTful API design, database modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in agile development and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures.
