Data Engineering Expertise Sought

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer to lead the development of our self-service data platform for reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable technologies such as Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, and Delta Lake on Azure.
- Ensure adherence to best practices for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL)/Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) and data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data with tools like Tableau, Power BI, and APIs.
- Manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), testing, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of data engineering experience, with at least 3 years in senior roles.
- Strong skills in PySpark, Scala, SQL, Python, and Azure, with Databricks experience preferred.
- Experience with Databricks integrations like Delta Live Tables and Auto Loader.
- Skilled in Spark, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Passionate about mentoring and building secure, scalable data solutions.
