Drive Business Growth as a Senior Director in Private Equity/Venture Capital.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving business development
  • Client management
  • Ensuring project delivery
  • Team management

You will own all existing key accounts and drive business targets by opening new accounts.

Your foremost responsibility is to drive business revenues and profitability by managing direct and indirect costs.

This role involves developing close connections with senior-level Private Equity and Venture Capital executives, building industry networks, and influencing their thinking.

You will lead delivery teams of 20+ members and ensure high-quality project delivery, client satisfaction, and repeat business.

The ideal candidate should have a consistent track record of academic excellence, an MBA degree from a Tier 1 college, and 10+ years of experience in primary and secondary research and data projects.

Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale projects and manage teams with high efficiency is essential.

Strong team management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in data services, business research, and/or consulting with a minimum of 10+ years of experience leading and managing teams in the PE/VC industry
  • Strong industry connections and ability to handle senior conversations
  • Ability to create impactful proposals and present to clients for maximum conversions
  • Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale projects and manage teams with high efficiency
  • Strong team management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills
