Strategic Tax Advisor Role

Join a team of experts in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to drive strategic growth through tax-efficient solutions. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise to advise on complex M&A transactions, ensuring optimal tax outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advisory services on mergers, demergers, business and share acquisitions, investment structuring, and joint ventures.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans and regulatory compliance.
  • Support clients throughout the business lifecycle by conducting detailed quantitative analysis and managing plan execution.
  • Identify and ideate innovative solutions to resolve tax disputes and optimize commercial goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in tax advisory services, with a focus on M&A and corporate taxation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on changes and developments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
