The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities including lead generation, customer service, account management, and customer satisfaction. Key tasks include identifying potential customers, maintaining customer relationships, managing sales accounts, and ensuring customer needs are met.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and develop leads
• Provide exceptional customer service and support

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A background in edtech or a related field is an added advantage.
