About the Job
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to collaborate closely with Project Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and customer teams to ensure seamless testing efforts.
Key Responsibilities

Test Execution and Coordination:

  • Coordinate test activities based on the test strategy and plans defined by the Domain QE Lead.
  • Review change requests and analysis updates to assess their impact on test plans and schedules.
  • Monitor daily test progress, environment readiness, and execution blockers; escalate issues proactively.
  • Support test execution, including system integration testing, functional testing, regression, and UAT phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Experience:

  • 13+ years of experience in Digital banking, CRM, and Loan domains.

Core Competencies:

  • Highly organized and proactive communication skills.
  • Possess operational excellence in testing.
