Job Description:
This role involves working closely with the marketing agency to plan promotions and campaigns to boost conversions. You will analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to utilize data analytics to make informed business decisions and improve category performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of experience in category management, business development, or vendor management in an e-commerce setting. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and business intelligence tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
