Job Role:

We seek an AI engineer to design, build, and optimise AI-driven solutions for the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI workflows for clinical source verification, discrepancy detection, and query generation.
  • Build and integrate LLM-powered agents using AWS Bedrock and open-source frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex).
  • Develop data pipelines leveraging AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
  • Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and multi-agent communication techniques to enhance workflow performance.
  • Integrate AI agents securely with external systems via APIs.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design PHI/PII-safe ingestion pipelines.
  • Monitor, test, and fine-tune AI workflows for accuracy, latency, scalability, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in AI engineering with expertise in LLM/agentic AI development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript.
  • Practical experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AutoGen.
  • Familiarity with AWS AI services: Bedrock, SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend Medical.
  • Proficiency in API integration and event-driven architectures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in healthcare AI solutions with an understanding of regulatory and compliance standards.
