Sustainability Program Manager: Leading the Way to a Carbon-Free Future

Transforming the world's energy landscape is a key aspect of our sustainability strategy. As a program manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our carbon-free electricity adoption initiatives. With expertise in developing long-term global strategies, you will help us achieve net zero scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2050.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for our carbon-free electricity supply strategy, aligning with our long-term sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply solutions and drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Build relationships with key developers, regulators, and stakeholders to foster long-term benefits.
  • Stay informed of technical, market, and regulatory developments in renewable energy, particularly in U.S. and APAC, and communicate key trends to management.

To succeed in this role, you will possess strong interpersonal skills, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. You will also have experience in managing multiple projects, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. Additionally, certification in Energy Management or Sustainability is desired.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, corporate responsibility, engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in utility scale carbon-free solutions, environmental sustainability efforts, and environmental engineering fields.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects with internal/external stakeholders and consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of Asia Pacific Carbon-free energy market and environmental sustainability reporting.
