Job Title: Product Development Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and testing new products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet customer needs and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Design and develop prototypes and test them to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
  • Work with suppliers to source materials and components.
  • Manage and maintain product data and documentation.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Analyze and report on product performance data to inform future product development decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, such as Creo or SolidWorks.
  • Experience with PLM/PDM systems, such as Windchill.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
