Visual Design Specialist

We are seeking an experienced UI & Graphic Designer to create visually compelling content that drives engagement and supports company growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create visual content such as ads, images, GIFs, videos, sales pages, brochures, packaging, and other marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
  2. Own the design and user experience of the eCommerce platform, ensuring it reflects the brand's aesthetics and meets marketing objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand target audiences, campaign goals, and messaging strategies while conducting research on industry trends and competitor activities.
  4. Lead projects end-to-end, managing multiple deadlines and providing creative direction to junior designers or external vendors when needed.
  5. Continuously improve skills and workflows by staying updated on emerging design tools, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with strong proficiency in English to translate copy into design.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showcasing social media ads and digital marketing assets.
  • Expertise in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant software.
  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize designs to improve ad performance and CTR.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects, articulating concepts, and collaborating with teams in fast-paced environments.
