Job Title: Content Manager

About the Role:

  • Edit, publish and maintain content across multiple websites.

We are seeking a seasoned Content Manager to ensure high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will support seamless user experiences across markets.

The role involves:

  • Editing, publishing and maintaining content across multiple global websites.
  • Building and updating pages using Storyblok CMS.
  • Ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Conducting regular content audits and quality assurance checks.
  • Coordinating translation processes to maintain multilingual content consistency.
  • Maintaining high editorial standards across all web content.
  • Performing ongoing quality checks to ensure content integrity.
  • Enforcing accessibility standards to ensure usability for individuals with disabilities.
  • Structuring and presenting content to enhance overall user experience.
  • Supporting UX design tasks to ensure content complements design and navigation strategies.
  • Working closely with the web team to plan and execute prioritized activities.
  • Providing guidance and feedback to content creators and external contributors.
  • Supporting website migrations and contributing to the global web roadmap.

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Proven experience in content management for global or multi-market websites.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Storyblok preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and editorial skills.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and content structuring for optimal user experience.
  • Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across teams and contributors.
  • Experience working in multilingual content environments.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for web content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
