Project Coordinator Job Description

This role is responsible for managing the planning and design coordination activities as per contract requirements or Client needs. The project coordinator will translate the scope of work into actionable tasks and prepare progress reports.

About the Role:

  • Project Planning & Scheduling - Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and schedules using Primavera/MS Project.
  • Coordinates design projects to ensure they meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Cost Management - Monitor project costs, cash flows, and budget utilization to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Facilitates communication between designers, architects, and construction teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Manages design documents, coordinates meetings, tracks progress, and oversees quality checks.

About You:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in planning, design coordination.
  • Minimum one end-to-end project experience of High-rise/Museum/Multiplex construction projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
