Final Test and Qualification Specialist

As a leader in semiconductor process technology, we are seeking a skilled engineer to conduct final tests and qualification processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume manufacturing environments and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role involves conducting FAT tests for semiconductor equipment, executing checklists and procedures, collecting and processing data, and applying troubleshooting methods to eliminate equipment malfunctions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for recording process documentation and production data meticulously to adhere to compliance and traceability guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical, electronics, software, or mechanical engineering and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in relevant final testing/process. Substantial experience in high-volume manufacturing environments and experience working in equipment engineering in Semiconductor, Solar, or LED industry is also required.

Key qualifications include proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals, as well as basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software including Microsoft suites. Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment, ability to work in cleanroom environment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility are also essential.

  • Conduct FAT test for Semiconductor equipment & qualification.
  • Execute on the Final Test Checklist, sign off each task executed on and make sure it's on track for delivery as promised to our customers.
  • Collects, processes, and performs statistical analyses on data.
  • Apply Troubleshooting method to eliminate equipment malfunction.
  • Recording process documentation and production data meticulously to adhere to compliance and traceability guidelines.
  • Refine process recipe based on the test recipe and customer recipe to qualify process/customer requirement.
  • Pump down for Vacuum chambers and Load-locks with all safety measures.
