Job Role: Manufacturing Solutions Expert
As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will contribute to the creation and implementation of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for acoustic modules.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate product design goals to understand dimensional, cosmetic, and functional priorities.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement efficient manufacturing strategies.
- Identify and validate suitable fabrication equipment and processes to meet all design requirements.
- Develop and document process parameters, consumables, and secondary operation requirements to meet defined specifications.
- Conduct data-driven process optimization and communicate ongoing development status to cross-functional teams.
Travel is required (up to 25%) to support manufacturing partner sites and collaborate with in-region team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in plastic tooling or injection molding with high gloss cosmetic part tooling engineer experiences.
- Excellent knowledge of plastic materials and design for manufacturing.
- Mold Flow analysis capabilities and experience debugging complex tools are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tool development programs and travel internationally.
