Role Overview

  • Manage relationships with 150+ premium families, providing personalized guidance on their child's entrepreneurial journey.
  • Collaborate with global mentors from esteemed institutions like MIT and Stanford to ensure high-quality program execution.
  • Design and oversee the overall strategy for retaining students at a remarkable 95% rate.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in education, preferably within IB/ICSE/CBSE school settings.
  • Proven track record of building trust with parents while handling premium clientele with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong understanding of holistic development principles, recognizing the importance of systematic approaches in nurturing character and academic excellence.
  • Belief in the potential of teenagers to excel both academically and entrepreneurially.
