Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior AI Developer to spearhead an international project in Coimbatore.

The ideal candidate should possess over 5 years of experience in AI Development and be proficient in English.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Strong foundation in ML algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and hyperparameter tuning using tools like Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or PyTorch;
  • Experience working with transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) and crafting effective prompts for tasks like summarization, text classification and document understanding;
  • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence for extracting structured data from unstructured documents (invoices, forms, contracts);
  • Proficient in building and managing ML pipelines using Azure ML, MLflow, and CI/CD tools for model training, deployment, and monitoring;
  • Experience with Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML), automated ML, model registry, and deployment to endpoints or containers;
  • Building event-driven AI workflows using Azure Functions for real-time inference, data processing, and integration with other Azure services;
  • Strong coding skills in Python, with knowledge of libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib;
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, and integration with data lakes for AI pipelines;
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for version control, testing, and continuous integration of AI workflows;
