About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Account Delivery Executive to oversee our India-based BFSI accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of predominantly India-based BFSI accounts ranging from small to medium-sized operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage deliveries for India / Middle East based Customers and Primary experience managing Fix-bid programs.
- Deliver high-quality results while ensuring customer satisfaction and building positive relationships with clients.
- Review MSAs and Write Scope of Work for SOWs.
- Perform customer negotiations for establish and billing rates.
- Manage Revenue Recognitions with a focus on Margin improvement

Requirements:
- 16+ Years of experience in delivery management on various models including ADS, AMS, T&M and Managed T&M.
- Strong experience working in Financial Domain.
- Good experience in heading and managing transformation initiatives.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and improving margins.
