We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing concrete mix designs to meet project specifications, ensuring quality control throughout the concrete production process, and providing technical support to project teams.

• Mix Design Development: Develop and optimize concrete mix designs tailored to project requirements, considering factors such as strength, durability, workability, and sustainability.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures during the concrete production process, including raw material selection, batching, mixing, and curing.
• Testing and Analysis: Conduct laboratory and field tests on concrete samples to evaluate compressive strength, slump, air content, and setting time.
• Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to project teams and contractors, addressing any issues related to concrete production, application, or performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of concrete mix designs, test results, and quality control activities.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of concrete materials, mix design, and construction practices. A diploma or bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. Experience with concrete testing procedures and equipment is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively are also crucial.
