About the RoleWe are seeking a Technical Leader to join our Distributed System Engineering (DSE) group. As a key member of our solutions team, you will be responsible for end-to-end product testing and production support. Your strong Python automation skills will be utilized for scripting and testing, with opportunities for development work.
Key Responsibilities- Lead discussions with customers and gather technical requirements
- Build out testing environments for system/solution validation
- Develop and enhance test frameworks and benchmarking tools
- Define and gather data for network performance benchmarking
- Troubleshoot customer issues
- Lead projects and mentor other team members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelors in STEM with 12+ years of relevant experience or Masters in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience or PhD in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of experience writing automation with Python
- 5+ years of experience configuring, testing or debugging networking systems and solutions
- Experience with PyTest or similar open-source QA automation frameworks
- Previous experience leading teams
