Key Business Analysis Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirement gathering analysis and documentation activities across business and technical teams.
  • Conduct impact analysis and gap analysis to identify process improvements and potential risks.
  • Manage stakeholders and users effectively ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding and working experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering documentation impact analysis and gap analysis.
  • Skilled in process mapping and use case mapping.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation abilities.
Experience:
  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in IT or business environments.
  • Demonstrated success in requirements gathering documentation and analysis.
  • Experience conducting impact and gap analyses.
  • Hands-on experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field or equivalent work experience.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise and passion for Business Analysis and contribute to the company's mission to deliver innovative solutions. They will have a strong background in software development life cycles, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to ensure effective collaboration between business and technical teams.
