AI Ethicist

We are seeking an experienced AI ethics and assurance expert to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the development and deployment of AI models across the enterprise meet the highest standards of ethics, safety, and trust.

This is a highly skilled position that requires deep technical expertise in AI/ML evaluation, auditing, and assurance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI, as well as a strong understanding of fairness, bias detection, differential privacy, and red-teaming techniques.

• Evaluate AI/ML models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness
• Conduct audits and testing on AI pipelines
• Ensure AI systems deployed across multi-cloud environments meet data residency, compliance, and ethical standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML evaluation, testing, or assurance roles
• Proven experience with LLMs and generative AI
• Strong knowledge of fairness, bias detection, differential privacy, and red-teaming techniques
• Familiarity with AI regulation and governance
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying/evaluating AI services in distributed architectures
