We are looking for a seasoned engineering leader who can drive innovation and growth within our organization. As the Director of Engineering Transformation, you will be responsible for leading, scaling, and nurturing the engineering team to execute our ambitious technical roadmap.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring, mentoring, and retaining top engineering talent to build a high-performance team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technology and business roadmap.
- Establishing best practices and quality standards to drive operational excellence.
- Designing scalable, resilient systems that champion customer-first principles.
What We're Looking For:
- 12+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles in fast-growing B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven ability to build and lead large engineering teams.
- Expertise in designing scalable and highly available systems with deep architectural knowledge.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Demonstrated success in data-driven decision-making and building a culture of operational excellence.
The salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have a passion for innovation and a strong customer focus, we encourage you to apply.
