**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Executive to join our team at Pidilite Industries Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front-end of the store, including its look, feel, and services, as well as day-to-day operations. They will also be responsible for ensuring targeted footfalls on the store and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication skills, with the ability to solve queries pertaining to home owners, contractors, and architects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of retail store operations and be able to effectively liaise with technical specialists.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the front-end of the store, including its look, feel, and services
  • Ensure targeted footfalls on the store and provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Solve queries pertaining to home owners, contractors, and architects

**Requirements**

  • B.Tech or any graduate degree
  • 2-9 years of experience in marketing and store operations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
