Senior Associate MBBS Counselling Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate to join our Overseas Education team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MBBS counselling and be passionate about guiding students towards their dream careers.

  • Student Engagement & Counseling:
    • Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions to provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
    • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and develop personalized study plans.

Application Management:

  • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions to ensure timely processing and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with foreign universities to ensure smooth processing and efficient communication with students.

Post-Registration Support:

  • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families to prepare them for the transition to international education.

Post-Flying Support:

  • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Act as a liaison between students and universities to resolve any queries or concerns that may arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in Overseas Education / MBBS Counselling.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Empathy and a student-first approach.
  • Laptop is mandatory.
