As a Business Data Insights Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

  • Collate high-quality financial and non-financial data from various sources and enter it into work tools as per guidelines.
  • Develop a deep understanding of datasets, workflows, and work tools to drive efficient data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
  • Meet predefined individual and team targets by delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
  • Enhance technical expertise within the department by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot problems or issues and support the team in enhancing workflow and processes.
  • Review feedback involving transactions content to help correct errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to improve accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduate / MBA in Finance with a strong academic track record.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance and accountancy, including financial statements and annual reports.
  • Well-versed in secondary research sources.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/5 environment on rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  • Certification or knowledge/experience in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
  • Ability to conduct efficient thematic online research.
