Senior Analyst - SAP MM

The role of a Senior Analyst in the SAP MM (Materials Management) department requires an individual with extensive knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and sales. This position entails collaborating with Agile teams to define requirements, participating in backlog grooming, and supporting iterative deliveries. The ideal candidate should have experience working with technical teams, providing functional input, and guiding them towards implementing IT solutions that cater to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with Agile teams to define requirements, participate in backlog grooming, and support iterative deliveries
  • Provide functional input and guidance to technical teams (ABAP, Basis, etc.)
  • Translate business needs into IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows
  • Manage L3/L2 incidents in SAP MM areas, analyzing technical impact and defining technical solutions
  • Collaborate with an extended team across Europe and India to deliver change requests, analyzing technical impact, defining technical solutions, providing estimates and planning, and ultimately implementing and testing change requests

This position is ideal for individuals with deep knowledge of SAP MM, expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating modules within the P2P cycle, ensuring seamless data flow across procurement, inventory, sales, and maintenance. Strong analytical skills are required to identify and resolve technical issues across SAP MM module, including resolving integration, data consistency, and system performance issues. Experience with IDocs, BAPIs, or interface design is highly preferred.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in SAP MM Module Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of SAP MM for procurement processes, including configuring, customizing, and integrating modules
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and ensuring smooth system functionality, including resolving integration, data consistency, and system performance issues
  • Hands-on experience with IDocs, BAPIs, or interface design
  • SAP MM certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP MM)
