Risk Management Specialist for Environmental Responsibility

  • We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.\
  • They will be responsible for implementing product classification requirements for Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance, managing change requests, and developing classification rules and algorithms.\
  • The successful candidate will also establish and maintain robust monitoring systems to evaluate the performance of classification algorithms and partner with operations, science, and engineering teams to drive continuous improvements in classification processes.\
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of program or project management experience are required. Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials are preferred.\
  • A professional with experience handling confidential information and proficiency in SQL and Excel is highly desirable.\
  • This is a critical role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.\
