Payment Innovator Role

This is a prime opportunity for you to make significant impacts in the payment space. Our team at VISA aims to foster an environment that utilizes the latest technology to solve exciting problems in this area.

The position involves creating new capabilities in the Risk space while maturing our code base and development processes. You will be part of Agile Scrum teams, working on various tasks such as designing new product or service requirements, building from scratch, and making changes to existing systems.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with project members to ensure successful development and implementation of new data-driven business solutions, defining and clarifying requirements, creating design documentation, and facilitating design reviews.

  • You will work with other engineering teams to establish a common approach to continuous integration, including build automation, test automation, and deployment automation.
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff and PM to identify, document, plan contingency, track, and manage risks and issues until all are resolved.

This is a hybrid position, allowing employees to alternate between remote and office work. The general guideline is to be in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree and possess relevant experience in creating data-driven business solutions, solving data problems using various technologies, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and Scala.

In addition, you should have strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving ability, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, and knowledge of Continuous Integration & Development and automation tools such as Jenkins and Git.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree
  • 6 months to 18 months of work experience
  • Experience in creating data driven business solutions and solving data problems
  • Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Scala
  • Data visualization and business intelligence skills
  • Knowledge of Agile and Test-Driven Development methodology
