Role Overview

The Senior Security Analyst - GRC is responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry-standard certifications, such as ISO 27001, and PCI. Key responsibilities include auditing and maintaining evidence for external audits, creating and reviewing InfoSec policies/procedures, and providing recommendations on InfoSec controls based on industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the planning, execution, and coordination of internal and external audits.
  2. Review and maintain existing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  3. Conduct risk assessments for various information assets and collaborate in risk treatment decisions.
  4. Assist in implementing and monitoring controls to achieve compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  5. Participate in vendor due diligence and third-party risk management processes.
Requirements
  1. 4 - 7 years of experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or IT.
  2. Understanding of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST.
  3. Knowledge of finance regulations and RBI guidelines in India is a plus.
  4. Certifications in information security management, such as CISM, CISSP, or CISA, are desirable.
  5. Ability to work independently and productively without constant supervision.
  6. Strong analytical and verbal and written communication skills.
