Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Backend Developer who can architect, optimize and scale backend systems that power real-time data-heavy applications.

This is a core engineering role where your work will directly impact product performance and customer success.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced high-ownership environments and have experience working on large-scale distributed systems.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Architecting scalable microservices-based backend systems
    • Designing and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs & WebSocket services
    • Building robust data flows and storage schemas with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis
    • Deploying and managing containerized services with Docker & AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53)
    • Setting up and championing CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery cycles
    • Ensuring system resilience with distributed fault-tolerant architecture
    • Collaborating directly with Co-Founders and CTO to translate vision into scalable tech
    • Evaluating and adopting modern backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, Kubernetes, etc.)
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis
  • Familiarity with containerization using Docker and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control tools like Git
  • Ability to design implement and deploy scalable microservices-based systems
  • Strong understanding of system resilience and fault tolerance
