Strategic Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Communication and Engagement project Manager to develop and execute communication plans that align with business objectives and enhance brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans to ensure seamless alignment between business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Create engaging content for internal and external communication, such as newsletters, blogs, social media, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Manage corporate messaging to ensure consistency in tone, language, and brand positioning.
  • Lead employee engagement activities, brand campaigns, event communications, and digital storytelling efforts to drive engagement and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, HR, talent, and leadership teams to amplify key initiatives and achieve organizational success.
  • Monitor brand perception, analyze communication effectiveness, and optimize strategies based on insights and data-driven research.
  • Oversee visual and written brand guidelines to ensure adherence across all platforms and maintain a cohesive brand image.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branding, communications, or related fields.
  • Possession of an MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives and manage multi-channel communications to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration, leadership teams, and external partners to drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for brand consistency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze brand perception and adjust strategies accordingly to meet evolving stakeholder needs.
  • Experience with employee engagement and digital storytelling initiatives to drive business outcomes and promote a positive company culture.
