Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Lead a team of professionals to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure the robustness of research processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define research objectives and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Engagement & Research Design: Participate in technical discussions to define research objectives and methodologies for qualitative and quantitative studies.
  • Indicator Identification & Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and finalize key performance indicators aligned with project goals.
  • Proposal Development: Design and develop comprehensive proposals for monitoring and evaluation studies.
  • Capacity Building: Train and develop data collection teams on methodologies, tools, and ethical guidelines.
  • Tool Development & Digitalization: Oversee tool translation, finalization of skip patterns, and validation checks.
  • Implementation & Execution: Drive the execution of MEL activities as per project requirements.
  • Data Management & Analysis: Supervise data review processes, including cleaning, validation, and analysis.
  • Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports translating complex data into actionable insights.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
