Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead high-performing teams and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong and sustainable organization, ensuring timely and financially viable project delivery.

  • Deliver projects as per contractual timeline, cost, and margin.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, including customers, vendors, statutory bodies, locals, and CFT teams.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with HSE, Quality, and ESG standards and policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess strategic leadership skills, effective collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial orientation, project management, execution capabilities, vendor management, people leadership, stakeholder management, and influence without authority.

  • Responsible for P&L of the project, margin, and on-time delivery.
  • Project execution: completion within budgeted cost and time, with zero LD and timely contractual communications.
  • Design review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  • Manage all ESG risk through developers affecting project delivery.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Inculcate safety and quality culture – zero fatal accidents, first-time right, and minimal COPQ.
