Civil Infrastructure Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site activities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with safety norms.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Monitor and manage resources such as manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, material usage, and work measurement.
  • Assist in preparing bar bending schedules, measurement sheets, and work bills.
  • Conduct regular quality checks for concrete, steel, shuttering, finishing works, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and standards.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
  • Good leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting.
