Mathematical Analyst Position

A mathematician with expertise in mathematical analysis, modelling and problem-solving is required to support game development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematical analysis, applied mathematics and the ability to design and optimize mathematical models.
About the Role:This role involves designing mathematical models to solve gaming-related problems, improving algorithms and game mechanics through analysis and collaborating with data scientists, engineers and game designers.
Key Responsibilities:- Building and applying mathematical models to solve complex gaming problems.
- Improving algorithms, game mechanics and player experience through analysis and testing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance gameplay.
- Analyzing and optimizing probabilistic systems, scoring and rewards for fair play.
- Developing and implementing mathematical solutions to improve game performance and user engagement.
- 3+ years of experience in mathematical modelling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of probability, statistics, game theory, numerical methods and applied mathematics.
- Experience working in the gaming industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, R, Python or similar tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills essential.
- Work on cutting-edge gaming projects and apply advanced math to real-world challenges.
