FICO System Integrator

Our company is seeking an experienced SAP FICO implementation specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions in the FICO module.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions in the FICO module.
- Perform configuration and customization of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, Internal Orders).
- Lead or support end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for FICO-related issues.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration. Document functional designs, test cases, and training materials. Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements. Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior consultants. Stay updated with the latest SAP enhancements, best practices, and S/4HANA trends.
Requirements:- Excellent command over ECC and S4 FICO module with a lead role in at least two end-to-end implementations.
- Strong technical skills in ABAP, custom development, and data analysis.
- 7-10 years of experience in Finance domain.
- Implementation experience of IFRS, COPA, Finance BPM.
- Experience in SAP S4 Fashion environments is an added advantage.
- Have worked as test lead of S4 (Functional testing, SIT, UAT).
