Manufacturing Process Specialist

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing existing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement strategies to optimize process efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Implement process control measures, including statistical process control techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Additionally, experience with process optimization and control is highly desirable.
