Job Title: ATE Test Development Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to migrate automated test equipment (ATE) test programs from various platforms to the NI STS platform.

">

The primary responsibility will be to migrate existing test programs, update test specifications, develop new ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test package, maintain characterization programs, drive failure analysis and debug activities, and create custom test methods and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Develop and migrate full test programs from source platforms to the target NI STS platform.">
  • Rewrite test methods and adapt test flows for the new NI STS environment.">
  • Analyze and adapt existing source code written in C++ and other languages.">
  • Perform statistical data analysis using tools to ensure proper test program correlation.">
  • Work with various device types, including op-amps, converters, and complex System-on-Chips (SOCs).">
  • Collaborate remotely with team members and maintain communication regarding project progress.">
  • Drive automation and test optimizations to reduce test cost, enhance product quality, improve manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate manufacturing stability.">
  • Develop and debug complex test program development efforts to convert input requirements.">
  • Tests, validates, modifies, and redesigns automation requirements to guarantee application to specification.">
  • Automatically plans and schedules daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.">
