Job Overview:

The successful candidate will provide end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle EBS R12 modules with a focus on O2C and P2P cycles. They will conduct requirement gathering sessions, user workshops, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting analysis to identify business requirements and translating them into actionable deliverables.
  • Providing day-to-day production support activities, including issue analysis, debugging, and performing root cause analysis.
  • Ensuring smooth system testing, UAT support, and validation of business flows and customizations.
  • Developing and maintaining technical components such as Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and PL/SQL scripts.
  • Working on Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations and personalizations.
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining CEMLIs (Reports, Interfaces, Extensions, Conversions, and Workflows).
  • Maintaining all required documentation including functional specs, technical specs, test scenarios, and user manuals.
  • Collaborating with end-users, business analysts, and developers for issue resolution and enhancement planning.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay modules).
  • Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder.
  • Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) customizations.
  • Good understanding and implementation experience of CEMLI components.
  • Ability to debug complex issues and provide technical solutions for functional requirements.
  • Understanding of interfaces and integrations with third-party applications is a plus.

Functional Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of business processes across O2C and P2P cycles.
  • Ability to work directly with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical/functional deliverables.
  • Strong documentation skills able to produce SOPs, training materials, and user manuals.
  • Proven ability to test business flows independently and support UAT.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
