Job Title

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team.

This role will focus on designing and implementing test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications, creating and executing automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. The ideal candidate will collaborate with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Automation Test Scripts: Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • nCino Module Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Salesforce Validation: Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Test Coverage: Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Quality Metrics: Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Jr. Mentorship: Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • CICD Support: Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • QA Experience: 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • nCino Knowledge: Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • API Testing: Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • CICD Tools: Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Data Validation: Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Agile Methodology: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused).
  • nCino Certification: nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Performance Testing: Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree preferred but not required.
