Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java to ensure software quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement test strategies that meet our clients' needs.
  • Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create effective test cases that ensure our software meets the highest standards.
  • Perform regression testing and functional testing to identify and resolve defects.
  • Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify fixes, ensuring that our software is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality, helping to improve our testing processes and tools.
  • Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders, providing insights into our testing processes and results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. You should have a strong background in software development and testing, with experience in Selenium and Java. You will also need excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
