Murex Implementations Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Murex Implementations Project Manager to lead and manage a team in delivering Murex upgrade programs from offshore locations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations, with strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.

The role requires excellent leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. The successful candidate will also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with experience in handling at least one Murex upgrade project and exposure to project management tools such as Jira.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver Murex upgrade programs from offshore locations.
  • Responsible for end-to-end execution of projects, including project initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Stakeholder communication, stakeholder management, and fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-user stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks, issues, critical path activities, and tracking their mitigations, resolution, and coming up with solutions.
  • Providing status updates related to all stakeholders.
  • People management and resource management.
  • Project status tracking and setting up different levels of governance.

Requirements:

  • At least 15+ years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in handling at least one Murex upgrade project.
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Jira.
