Job Description

As a Senior Data Scientist in R&D, you will build, deliver, and continually innovate on insightful reporting and data-driven solutions. Your expertise will alleviate friction points, streamline processes, and empower internal teams to provide exceptional service to our customers.

You will contribute to R&D projects for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), new Data Products, and Bespoke Segments expansion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data science and statistics-related projects
  • R&D projects for DTC
  • Helping build new Data Products
  • Contribution to Bespoke Segments expansion
  • Designing and defining methodology for measurement products and user identification
  • Improving HCP onboarding, targeting, and measurement quality
  • Audience IQ/DTC product development, Identity graph/Data IQ
  • Collaborating with internal teams for timely and accurate data reporting
  • Researching and implementing new data products or capabilities
  • Automating data visualization and reporting for empowered users
  • Synthesizing raw data into actionable insights for business results
  • Evaluating additional data partners or assets for identity resolution, targeting, or measurement
  • Publishing internal reports about Health data
  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for internal teams

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years of relevant experience in SQL query creation, Excel skills, data analysis, Python, and Distributed Systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence and Analytics or closely related field
  • Knowledge of PySpark, Containerization, and Kubernetes
  • Experience with experimentation methods and Stats modeling
  • Ability to work remotely

Preferred qualifications:

  • ELT experience, Tableau/Looker/PowerBI, automation, or Google Cloud Architecture
  • Familiarity with health-related data sets or Programmatic/Adtech experience
