Job Title: Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the machinery and automobile sectors.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching and support, and tracking performance to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, dealers, and direct customers.
  • Expand the customer base by identifying and targeting new clients and opportunities.
  • Set sales targets for the team, monitor progress, and ensure goals are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded through excellent service and support.
  • Lead sales meetings, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate pricing and terms with clients.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics or any other related fields. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or additional certifications in sales or business development is a plus.
  • 8 to 9 years of proven sales experience within the machinery or automobile industries.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Extensive experience in managing key accounts, including distributors, dealers, and direct clients in the machinery or automotive sectors.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing a sales team.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Deep understanding of the machinery and automobile sectors, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
