We are seeking a skilled Immigration Professional to join our team in managing employment-based immigration cases.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a full caseload of complex NIV/IV cases, including NIWs, O-1s, E-2s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and editing high-volume petitions with a focus on NIW, O-1, EB-1A, and H-1B applications, as well as communicating effectively with clients throughout the visa process.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and edit intricate NIV/IV cases
  • Manage multiple case files simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and efficiency
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case progress and status
  • Liaise with government agencies, including USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of Labor
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence and preparing supplementary documents
  • Identify and rectify delays in the case processing timeline

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a complex caseload. A minimum of three years of experience in immigration law, particularly with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As, is required. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are highly valued.
